Hygiene, Traceability, and Certifications

Forza Vitale Italia Srl has completed all the requirements related to the Hygiene Package (CEE Directives 93/43 and 96/3; Legislative Decree 155/1997; EC Regulation 852/2004 and subsequent amendments) and has also adapted all its products to the regulations (CEE Directive 2002/46; Legislative Decree 169/2004) regarding food supplements.

The company’s self-control system, Forza Vitale Italia Srl, consists of a series of operational procedures that examine every step (traceability) of the production process, from the receipt and analysis of raw materials to the control of semi-finished and finished products, without neglecting the control of fillings (D. L. 690 of 25.10.78 and subsequent ones), the control of the alcohol content of hydroalcoholic solutions, and the control of the weight and hardness degree of the tablets (according to F.U.I.), as well as compliance with all regulations on food traceability (EU Regulation No. 178/2002 and subsequent integrations and modifications).

Regarding certifications, Forza Vitale Italia Srl:

• Holds an Organic Certification supervised by ICEA for the preparation of organic products in compliance with EU Regulation 2018/848;
• Holds an Organic Certification supervised by ICEA for the production and bottling of organic products (compliance with regulations CE 834/07 and CE 889/08);
• Has obtained the Certificate of Conformity from the Certification Body LEGAL CERT SHPK attesting that the company’s Environmental Management System complies with the requirements of ISO 14001:2015 for the following activities: “Production, transformation, and commercialization of food supplements in powder, tablets, and liquids”;
• Has obtained the Certificate of Conformity from the Certification Body LEGAL CERT SHPK attesting that the company’s Quality Management System complies with the requirements of ISO 9001:2015 for the following activities: “Production, transformation, and commercialization of food supplements in powder, tablets, and liquids”;
• Has obtained two Certificates of Conformity from the Certification Body LEGAL CERT SHPK attesting the implementation of the Occupational Health and Safety Management System in full compliance with the requirements of ISO 45001:2018 for the following activities: “Production, transformation, and commercialization of food supplements in powder, tablets, and liquids”;
• Holds the Registration Certificate for the U.S. Food and Drug Administration in compliance with the Federal Food Drug and Cosmetics Act for the export and marketing of its products in the United States of America;
• Is subject to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) Certification by the Certification Body SGS Italy, a set of rules and procedures that every company must follow to ensure the manufactured products meet adequate quality standards.

Additionally, it is essential to note that the transportation of Forza Vitale products is carried out through national couriers, who have provided certifications attesting to the suitability of their means of transport.

The analyses performed in the company’s internal laboratory include: microbiological determinations of total bacterial load, fungi, coliforms, and staphylococci detection, and chemical-physical analyses such as pH, temperature, density, alcohol content, and sugar content.
